The 2018 packages at the Caleta
Hotel include dinner, bed & breakfast and all entry
fees, except the late entry fee. Early reservations
are strongly recommended.
Room accommodation ranges from
Mediterranean Sea view rooms and Gibraltar Rock view
rooms to suites and self-catering apartments. All
rooms at the hotel are decorated to a high standard
and provide tea and coffee making facilities, a mini
bar, interactive TV, direct dial telephone, hair
dryer, safe and air-conditioning. Also, slippers and
bathrobes are provided in all bedrooms. The hotel
has free Wi-Fi available in all rooms.
In previous years, it has sometimes
been possible for players to share a room even
though they have not made such arrangements in
advance. However, the organisers cannot guarantee to
help with such private arrangements. Accommodation
at hotels other than the Caleta Hotel must be booked
direct.
Reservations at the Caleta Hotel can
be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
Payment: 25% non-refundable deposit
at time of booking and balance by 20 December 2017.
*Extra Night Rate is
a special rate per room only for persons taking the
Caleta Package who may wish to extend their stay.
Half-board is composed
of Dinner, Bed and Continental Buffet Breakfast.
Twin, Triple, Quadruple
and Quintuple Package Rates are Per Person.
